A number before the run
Five samples of a new size go in the tester. If they fail more than 10 per cent under the formula, we change the paper before making a thousand of them.

Liner, flute, liner. Each wave of flute is a column that holds weight. Two layers of flute, as in 5-ply, more than double the stacking strength of one.
