- Is it complete, or a topper?
- Complete. Each recipe has a vitamin and mineral mix written to the AAFCO adult profile, so it can be the whole meal. A real brand would publish its lab report here.
- How do I switch over?
- Over seven days: a quarter fresh on days one and two, half on three and four, three quarters on five and six, then all fresh.
- How does it arrive?
- Frozen, in 500 g pouches, in an insulated box with ice packs. Fine on the doorstep for about eight hours.
- How long does it keep?
- Three months in the freezer, four days in the fridge once thawed. Thaw tomorrow's pouch in the fridge tonight.
- My dog is on medicine or a vet diet.
- Ask your vet first and show them the recipe page, which lists every ingredient by weight.
- Can I pause?
- Yes, from the email we send before each box. Skip a week, change recipes or stop, without calling anyone.
