Built to get in

Every frame is made in one workshop, by a small team, to three fixed shapes. Keeping to three is how we know each one's door size to the centimetre.

Nothing is built until the fit check says yes, or a person has looked at a photo of your stairs.

From order to living room

  1. Week 1

    Fit check and cloth

We read your numbers. If anything is close, we ask for a photo.

  2. Weeks 2 to 5

    Frame and cover

Beech frame, webbing, cushions, then the cover cut from your cloth.

  3. Week 6

    A day and a slot

We give you a two-hour window and text when the van is near.

  4. The day

    Two people, legs off

They carry it in the way the plan says and take the packing away.

If it still sticks

Stairs and odd walls can beat a tape measure. If a sofa won't go in on the day, it goes back on the van, and you don't pay for the trip.

The fit check covers one door and one corner. It doesn't know about stairs, bannisters or lifts, so for those, send us a photo and a person will look.
