The workshop

A jig, a brazing torch, a rack of tube and a paint booth out back, on an industrial lane in Bhosari. About twelve frames a week.

How a frame gets made

  1. CutChromoly tube mitred to length so each joint meets cleanly.
  2. BrazeHeld in the jig and joined with brass, one joint at a time.
  3. CheckAligned on a flat table to within a millimetre, and straightened if not.
  4. CoatWax inside the tubes, powder coat outside, baked hard.

Saturday test rides

Book a slot and tell us your height and inside leg. The right size is waiting with the saddle already set, and you can ride it round the lane for as long as you like.
