Very hot

Red, sour and very hot, roasted in ghee until it's nearly dry. With neer dosa.

Byadgi chillies for the colour, a little tamarind for the sourness, and a lot of ghee. Our hottest dish.

Bangude fry Hot

Whole mackerel in a rava and red masala crust, shallow fried on the tawa.

Prawn sukka Medium

Prawns tossed dry with grated coconut and a roasted masala.

Neer dosa Not hot

Thin rice crepes, soft and lacy. Three to a plate, with coconut chutney.
