The menu / Neer dosa

Neer dosa

Not hot

Thin rice crepes, soft and lacy. Three to a plate, with coconut chutney.

Neer means water: the batter is that thin. Made to order on the tawa, so they come in twos and threes.

Good with it

Chicken ghee roast Very hot

Red, sour and very hot, roasted in ghee until it's nearly dry. With neer dosa.

Bangude fry Hot

Whole mackerel in a rava and red masala crust, shallow fried on the tawa.

Prawn sukka Medium

Prawns tossed dry with grated coconut and a roasted masala.
