Kori rotti

Hot

Crisp rice wafers you break into a thin, hot chicken curry at the table.

The rotti are dried rice wafers made in Udupi. Pour the curry over just before you eat, so half stays crisp.

Good with it

Chicken ghee roast Very hot

Red, sour and very hot, roasted in ghee until it's nearly dry. With neer dosa.

Bangude fry Hot

Whole mackerel in a rava and red masala crust, shallow fried on the tawa.

Prawn sukka Medium

Prawns tossed dry with grated coconut and a roasted masala.
