    1. 5thYou send the month's bills, as a Tally backup or a folder.

    Before you call

    What will it cost?
    A fixed monthly fee for GST, TDS and payroll, quoted after we see a month of your books. Audits and incorporations are quoted once, in writing.
    Do you use Tally?
    Yes, and Zoho Books and Busy. Send a backup or give us access; we don't make you switch software.
    What if we get a notice?
    Forward it the day it comes. We reply in writing, copy you, and tell you the deadline in the first email.
    Who actually does our work?
    One of the two partners signs off every return. An article assistant prepares it, and you get the partner's mobile number.
    Is our data safe?
    Client files stay on the office server and an encrypted backup. Nothing goes to a shared drive without your say.
    Can we leave?
    Any month, with a no-objection letter and all your files handed back within a week.
