Why the label is the website
Most vitamin sites lead with a feeling. We'd rather you read the numbers, decide you don't need us, and trust us when you do.
Every number printed
No blends. If we can't say how much of something is in a capsule, it isn't in the capsule.
Evidence graded plainly
Good, mixed or thin, in those words, on every line. Mixed means studies disagree, not that it's secretly good.
A reason not to buy
The "Don't buy this if" block is on the front page on purpose. Selling to people who don't need it is how vitamin brands lose trust.

Small doses, on purpose
Most lines sit near the daily value, not at ten times it. More isn't better for most nutrients, and for some it causes its own problems.
Read the labelTested by someone else
An outside lab tests every batch for what's on the label and for lead, mercury and microbes. You can read the result for your own bottle, including the lines that came close.
