Compression, extension and torsion springs made to your numbers, from one prototype to a production run. Samples ship in about ten working days. Size yours here. Drag the red plate to squeeze it.

Spring numbers

What we wind

A CNC coiling machine forming a spring from bright steel wire

Wound here, checked here

Every spring comes off our own CNC coilers, and the first ones of every batch are measured against your numbers before the rest are made.

A sample batch ships in about ten working days, with the measurements in the box.

Before you send a drawing

Is there a minimum order?
Not for samples: one spring is fine. Production runs usually start at a few hundred, because setting a coiler takes the same hour whether it makes ten or ten thousand.
What tolerances do you hold?
EN 15800 grade 2 for compression springs unless your drawing asks for tighter. Tell us which dimension matters most and we hold that one closest.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, before you send the drawing. Yours or ours. Drawings stay on our server and nobody outside the works sees them.
Do you send certificates?
The wire mill's material certificate and our first-off measurements go in every box. Salt-spray or load-cycle reports by arrangement.
How long does a production run take?
Usually three to five weeks after you sign off the sample, longer if the wire has to be ordered in.
How does it arrive?
Boxed by version and labelled with your part number. Courier for cartons, pallet for bigger runs.

Four answers get you a quote

  • Load and travelHow hard it must push, and at what length.
  • The space it lives inHole, shaft and the longest it can be.
  • Where it worksHeat, wet or corrosive places change the wire.
  • How many, how oftenQuantity and cycles. A drawing helps, a used sample also works.
