These are working demos of the systems we set up for clients, each shaped around one industry's real problems. The records are fictional; every screen works. For a client, we configure the same build to their own workflow.

CRM and ERP, by industry

Built around what goes wrong in each trade.

Each one starts from the failures specific to that industry: leads that go cold, flats sold twice, cabinets cut to the wrong size, orders typed in by hand. Open one and press the compass for a guided tour.

How we use AI

Rules for everything that can be decided exactly. AI only where rules can't cope.

Reminders, routing, credit checks, payment gates and stock maths run on plain rules: free to run and exact, given clean data. AI reads messy messages, drafts replies, summarises calls and answers open questions from exact data.

Every feature in every demo carries a Rule or AI tag, so you can see exactly where the AI cost goes and what it saves.

Automations

Jobs your team does by hand, run in seconds.

Each one runs live: the real input, every step with its timing, and the output. Most steps are plain rules. AI appears only where text is messy.

Websites

Concept sites, each built around one trade.

Studio projects that show how we design for a specific business: photography made for each brand (generated, and labelled as such on every site), a tool that does something useful for that customer, and copy written in the trade's own words.

Questions

What buyers and partner agencies ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.

Is this a real product or a mockup?

Every screen works and every button does what it says, but the records are fictional. For a client we build the same system on their stack, with their data, configured to how their team already works.

Who is using it today?

We'll name references on a call, with their permission. The e-commerce demo is modelled on our own D2C brand, HealthX Labs. We don't put client names on public pages.

Do we own the code and the data?

Yes. It runs in your accounts, the code sits in your repository, and you get the documentation. Nothing is locked to us.

What if Turnaround disappears?

You keep everything: code, data, accounts and documentation, on a standard stack that any competent team can pick up. We put that in the agreement we sign with you.

How long does a build take?

It goes in stages, and we put each stage's date in writing before we start. The first stage is kept small so your team uses it within weeks, not months.

What does the AI cost to run, and what if it gets something wrong?

Rules do everything that can be decided exactly, which costs nothing per run. AI is used only for messy text and drafting, and a person approves anything that goes to a customer.

Is our data safe?

Role-based access, an audit log of every change, backups, and hosting in India where you need it. Your data is never used to train anyone's model.

Will it connect to Tally, Shopify, WhatsApp and our portals?

Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google and payment gateways are standard for us. Tally and industry portals are done per project, and we tell you upfront what's involved.

What happens after launch?

Support with a written response time, weekly fixes in the first month, then a monthly review. Not a vague 24/7 promise.

Can an agency resell this under its own brand?

Yes. Your brand, your domain and your client relationship, under a mutual NDA and non-solicit. Open any demo and try the White-label screen.

Want one of these built around your business?

A 20-minute fit call. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth building, and what we'd build first.
